Homemade Blackberry Cobbler

*Ingredients

+For 4 to 6 people:
°600 to 800 gr blackberries
°150 gr flour
°80 g semolina sugar + 2 tablespoons
°80 g butter
°50 gr coconut (*)
°1/2 bag of baking powder
°3 tablespoons of milk or vegetable milk

*Methods

Wash your blackberries thoroughly and drain well. Place them in a baking dish (ideal: pie dish), then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix and set aside.
In a bowl, place flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, butter, diced and coconut. Mix by hand until you form a semi-sanded, semi-amalgamated dough.
Add the milk and combine.
Then let stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.
At the end of this time, collect your dough. Detach small pieces of dough the size of a nut. Rolling them into a ball and then crushing them from palm of your hand to form discs for 4 cm in diameter (**). Cover the blackberries with these discs.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Serve warm or at room temperature (I personally preferred warm).

 Enjoy !
