Fried potatoes and onions




*Ingredients:

°Onions
°Peppers
°red potatoes
°Creole and Garlic Seasoning
 
*Methods:

Fry the onions and peppers in a little oil,
Adding diced potatoes (we prefer red) and  more oil, season (we use creole & garlic seasoning), cooking until tender. Stirring regularly.
I removing from pan to drain excess oil.
I cook in the oven and on an electric stove.
